Check-in and check-out hours

Formal check-in hours are from 3-5 P.M., but if you’re coming in later just let us know so we can assure you have the information you need to check in on your own.  Check-out is at 10:00 A.M.

Cancellation and change policy

If your travel plans change, and you must cancel or change your reservation: Please call or email us. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date, you will get a full refund of your deposit.
For bookings of 3-7 rooms, a 4-week cancellation is required for a full refund of the deposit.
Less notice than noted above will result in a loss of the full deposit. A no-show will result in full payment of your entire stay.

Children and Pets
While we love pets and children, the Inn is designed as an adult environment and is not set up to accommodate pets and children under the age of 12.  

Parking
We offer free on-site parking and allow one (1) vehicle per room reserved. Visitors (non-registered guests) will be required to park in public parking areas in the neighborhood or in downtown Dahlonega. 

Smoking
This is a smoke free property, including the outdoor patios and decks. No smoking of any kind, including vapes, near the Inn.

Accessible Areas
We have many shared areas throughout our property, inside and outside. You are welcome to use these spaces during your stay keeping in mind our quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. 

Fireplaces (for use Oct - Mar when evenings are 50s or below)

We will provide 2 duraflame logs for each of the bedrooms (for a 2-night stay) with fireplaces and several for the living room fireplace.  If you think you will need more, please feel free to bring along more with you or we will sell additional logs for $5 per log.  We ask that you not use real wood from a safety and cleaning standpoint.
